Vice President of Membership and Administration
David Lungren joined IPAA in 2013 and serves as Vice President, Membership & Administration. David is in charge of all dues related revenue including the recruitment and retention of corporate and individual members. He also manages the IPAA Board of Directors and represents the association at NAPE expos.
His diverse professional experience includes 8 years with the U.S. Senate Committee on Environment & Public Works, including the roles of Administrative Director and Deputy Press Secretary.
Lungren has worked in the Government Affairs division of Dow Chemical, and has been employed on numerous political and issue advocacy campaigns, both state and federal.
He is a native of California and has a BA in Business Administration, Emphasis in Finance from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
