Pre-registration is now closed. You may register onsite by providing a business card and credit card payment.

Onsite registration will be open at the following locations/times:

Wednesday, Nov. 9 in Cloister Lobby from 12:00 p.m.- 5:30 p.m.
Thursday, Nov. 10 in Cloister Lobby from 12:00 p.m.- 5:30 p.m.
Friday, Nov. 11 in the Cloister Ballroom Foyer from 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Transportation:

It is important that you arrange ground transportation to/from your respective airport and Sea Island at least 3 days prior to your departure for the meeting. Visit the Getting To Sea Island link to order car service or rent a car.

Ground transportation rates to from area airports:

• St. Simon Airport (Private jets only) – located 5 minutes from resort; 1-2 guests ($50); 3-5 guests ($60)
• Brunswick Regional Airport – located 30 minutes from resort; 1-2 guests ($65); 3-5 guests ($75)
• Jacksonville International Airport – located 1 hour from resort; 1-2 guests ($175); 3-5 guests ($240)
• Savannah International Airport – located 1 hour 15 minutes from resort; 1-2 guests ($200); 3-5 guests ($250)

Dinner Wednesday, November 9
Tavola Restaurant in The Cloister will now be open Wednesday evening specifically for IPAA attendees. Please book your table in advance using the Dining Reservations link, as there is no planned dinner that evening following our reception and all outlets will be busy.
