Does the regulatory and legislative environment dissuade investors from committing capital to the upstream and midstream industry? And is ESG still an impediment for investment in E&Ps? Consider this panel as a preview of the valuable insights that will be shared at IPAA’s upcoming Private Capital Conference which will take place on January 23 in Houston.
