IPAA’s Midyear Meeting will provide an exceptional roster of industry and nationally recognized speakers, timely discussions on issues currently impacting your bottom line and an ideal networking environment for oil and gas executives to connect with other management teams and service and supply providers from around the country. Located in Colorado Springs, at the foot of the Colorado Rockies, The Broadmoor provides the perfect setting in which to conduct business.

HOTEL & TRAVEL

HOTEL RESERVATIONS
The hotel cut-off date to secure your discounted reservations expired on May 12. If you are still in need of a room over the dates of IPAA’s Midyear Meeting, please email Jennifer Upchurch at jupchurch@ipaa.org. She is holding a few discounted rooms for member’s use. These rooms will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Superior ~ $395

All rooms are subject to a resort fee of $16 which includes, unlimited access to the fitness center, housekeeping services, local and long distance access charges, daily newspaper, incoming faxes, in-room coffee service, and daily internet access.

Hotel Guest Room Cancellation Policy: Notice of cancellation must be received by The Broadmoor at least seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival to avoid penalty.

Airline Discount
Continental Airlines
IPAA has negotiated discounted airfares on Continental Airlines. Call your travel professional or Continental MeetingWorks at (800) 468-7022 for reservations and refer to Z Code “ZGGM” and Agreement Code: “BYERCJ”. There will be a $20 service fee collected, per ticket, for all tickets issued through MeetingWorks Reservations, or any Continental Airlines ticketing facility. This fee is subject to change without notice. To avoid a service fee and receive an additional 3% discount (on published fares only) book your reservations online at www.continental.com. Enter both your Z-code and Agreement code (without space) in the Offer Code Box (ex: OFFER CODE: ZGGMBYERCJ). Travel agencies must list the Z Code in the Ticket Designator Box and Tour Code Box on the ticket.
