Pre-registration for IPAA’s Midyear Meeting is now closed. You may register onsite by visiting the Conference Registration Desk on the Lobby Level during the following hours:

IPAA’s Midyear Meeting will provide an exceptional roster of industry and nationally recognized speakers, discussions on issues currently impacting your bottom line. Reservation Information
IPAA’s Midyear Meeting room block at The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island is now full and discounted ocean view room rates have been secured for attendees at the Omni Amelia Island Plantation Resort, located just five minutes from The Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island. Complimentary continuous shuttle bus service will be provided for IPAA guests on Monday and Tuesday of the conference. To book a room, please call Alexie Plair our Group Reservations Coordinator at the Omni at 904.491.4256. Be sure to mention Independent Petroleum Association of America to receive IPAA’s rate of $239.00 (inclusive of the resort fee).

NOTE: Cancellation Policy is seven (7) days prior to your arrival date. If arrangements are not made by that date your deposit will be forfeited.

Travel Discounts
Airline

IPAA has negotiated discounted airfares on Continental Airlines. Call your travel professional or Continental MeetingWorks at (800) 468-7022 for reservations and refer to Z Code ZJZ7 and Agreement Code 652762. There will be a $25 service fee collected, per ticket, for all tickets issued through MeetingWorks Reservations, or any Continental Airlines ticketing facility. The service fee is non-refundable and applies to all itineraries, one-way or roundtrip.
