IMPORTANT: OGIS is a paperless conference. Be sure to bring your tablet or laptop, as presenting company PowerPoints will be available online only. Complimentary wireless network access and additional details about this service will be provided onsite.

Registration and One-on-One Help Hours
Pre-registration for OGIS New York has ended. The IPAA conference registration and one-on-one help desks will be located in the Lenox Ballroom on the 2nd floor of the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel. A conference badge will be required within all areas of IPAA’s OGIS New York meeting space. Registered attendees may pick up their badge during these registration desk hours and those who need to register may do so onsite. Onsite analyst registration is $50 for buy and sell side.

Tuesday, April 8  7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday, April 9  7:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Advanced registration for one-on-one meetings has ended. However, if you have questions or need to amend your current meeting schedule, stop by the one-on-one help desk during the above hours.

Join us for breakfast each morning from 7:45 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. and network with our roundtable hosts: Cardinal Energy Group, Citadel Exploration, Escalara Resources, Panhandle Oil & Gas and Laredo Petroleum.

During OGIS, the Sheraton’s main entrance on Seventh Avenue will be closed for renovations. Please utilize the hotel entrance on 53rd Street between 6th and 7th avenues. Taxis will also be available at this location, by the ground transportation signs. We apologize for the inconvenience.
