The Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA), American Petroleum Institute (API), and American Exploration & Production Council (AXPC) submit the following comments on the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service’s proposal to list the rusty-patched bumble bee as an endangered species under the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
