Mallori Miller is Vice President of Government Relations for the Independent Petroleum Association of America (IPAA), the leading national trade association of independent oil and natural gas producers and service companies in the United States. Miller’s work is focused on federal land policy as the lead staffer for IPAA’s Land and Royalty Committee as well as IPAA’s Offshore Committee. She is the primary liaison for IPAA to the Department of the Interior as well as relevant federal land committees in the House and Senate. In addition, Miller also co-runs IPAA’s Wildcatter Fund Political Action Committee to ensure energy-supporting politicians are elected and re-elected to Congress. She also is the primary liaison for IPAA’s Natural Gas Committee and leads government relations initiatives for the Natural Gas Council, for which IPAA is the current chair organization.
Prior to joining IPAA, Miller worked as a legislative and policy staffer for various Members of Congress in Washington, DC. Most notably, she developed her federal land policy chops working for the then-Chairman of the House Natural Resources Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources. Miller, a native Westerner, holds a degree from Colorado State University in Political Science.
